Cooking a poached Fish curry on the non-stick trangia 25 - was meant to be a simple cook goan curry but ivelost the seasoning pots 🤣 so grabbed some stuff from thespice cupbaord and slapped it all together. Simple
My poached fish curry:
1 tbsp hot curry powder
1/2 tbsp garam masala
1/2 tbsp tandoori curry powder
1/2 tbsp garlic granules
1/2 tbsp dried corriander
1/2 tbsp onion granules
1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
Pinch on mustard seeds
Pinch of corriander seeds
Juice of one lime
400ml chopped tomatoes
2 leek sliced thin
2 tomato’s chopped into chunky cubes
Splash of water
Splodge of tomato purée
2 small/medium pieces of desired fish (I used basa)
as much spinach as you like
And you’re good to go
