Which Mario Kart 8 Deluxe City Track is the Least Terrible? | Level By Level

The Mario Kart 8 Deluxe Booster course pass has been finished for over a year now. As we still await mario kart 9 for the nintendo switch 2, I wanted to look back at some of the tracks added here, more specifically the city tracks. These have all been incredibly controversial additions, and to be honest, I’m not really a fan. For today's episode of level by level I want to analyze all 14 of these city tracks to determine why I don’t like them and which is the least terrible. That of course means throwing them all into a tier list!
