Double decoction hefeweiss. Recipe is listed below. Make sure to have 1-2 gallons of boiling water on hand just in case the decoction doesn't raise the temp up to where you want it. Started this batch at 2.0 qts/pound of water to grain...I am planning on adjusting that to 1.5qts/# for the next batch.

0.5oz Hallertauer Mittelfrueh - 0min
1 package Safbrew WB-06
Acid rest at 113F
9 qts decoction up to 147F
5 qts decoction up to 156F
Mash out with 2 gallons of water at 175F
