In today’s episode of Figuring Out, we have actor Arjun Kapoor in conversation with Raj Shamani. Arjun has been part of some of the most loved Bollywood movies, including Ishaqzaade, 2 States, Half Girlfriend, and many more. In this episode, we got to see a more personal side of him as he opened up about his experiences dealing with grief, heartbreak, trauma, and other difficult emotions.

We discussed his childhood, the impact of his parents' separation, and how it changed him. Once a studious kid, he lost interest in studies and turned to overeating to cope with his emotional void. Arjun also shared the story of how he landed a role in Singham Again, his equation with Rohit Shetty, and his experience dealing with online trolling. He reflected on what went wrong in his career that led to a dip, whether he considers himself a confident person, and the experiences that helped him build confidence.

Towards the end, we talked about his relationship with his sisters, memories with Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor, how he sees himself as a brother, and his approach to relationships.
