I’m so excited that today is the day that we finally get to harvest our butternut squash (winter squash)!!! This slow-growing crop not only required 85+ days to reach maturity, but it had to withstand the summer squash bugs as well as be protected from our resident groundhog!
In this video we also share updates on our other fall crops as well as tips on harvesting okra seeds to use in future years. We hope you enjoy these mid-October garden updates🙂
