"Arleen Precious woke up!" I pick up Precious from her crib "Hi sweatheart. What are you doing up?" She smiles up at me and giggles. Precious reaches up and touches my nose with her hand. I chuckle and walk into Michael's and Arleen's room where Arleen is breastfeeding Clyde. "Can you feed her for me please Vinncent?" "I'll do it!" Alyssa volenteers coming out of her room and grabbing Precious from me. I frown at her "Arleen asked me and I was going to say yes." "Well too bad! Im feeding her" Alyssa walks downstairs carrying Precious. Arleen laughs "Come over here Vinncent. You can burp Clyde and put him down for his nap while I take a shower." I shrug and walk into the room. Arleen passes Clyde off to me and stands up cleaning herself off with the burp rag than passing it off to me as well. "Thanks bro. I'll only be 5 minutes." "Take your time!" I sit on the bed start to burp Clyde. Arleen smiles at me "My boys..." than she walks into the bathroom. I look at Clyde over my shoulder "Hi little buddy. Guess its just you and I for a little bit." I smile at him. Alyssa Michael and I werent at all suprised that Arleen was pregnant when we brought home little Precious. Actually... we were all expecting it. By all, I mean our uncles, aunts, Anthony, Ariana, Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Joseph. 9 months later this little guy came popping out of her. I smile down at him and hold him tighter to me. I love Clyde very much and I also love Precious, but Clyde and I have a special bond. I remember his birth like it was yesterday. Everyone walked in and immediately the question out of Grandma Cindy's mouth was "Whats is name?" Michael replied "Clyde... Clyde Atticus Vinncent Jackson" I was so happy to hear that they used my name as a middle name for Clyde. I am greatful for that. "Arleen?" I called to her. She answers from the bathroom "Yes!" "Where is Michael?" "At work! He should be home in a couple of minutes!" "Okay! Thanks!" I hear Clyde burp and I smile contently. Making sure he doesnt have any gas left in here I lay him down in his crib. His eyes lids are slowly closing. I lean down and kiss his forehead "Have a nice nap Clyde." He smiles before falling asleep. I walk over to the door and whisper "Arleen he's asleep." She opens the door and walks out wrapping her wet hair in a towel and clothed. "Okay. Thanks Vinny." I nod and walk out of the room. Michael comes walking up the steps smiling "Hi Vinncent. Where's Arleen?" I point inside the room "You better be quiet when you enter! I just put Clyde to bed." Michael chuckles "Okay Vinncent." I walk down the stairs and into the kitchen where Alyssa is playing with giggling Precious. "I want to play too!!!" I scream like a little kid laughing. Alyssa laughs "Well get over here. She's giggling like crazy" I run over to Precious and give her a big fat kiss on the cheek. "Hi my beautiful niece!" She smiles at me "Ehh... Ah!... Giggles Mmmumm" Both Alyssa and I laugh. "You are so cute, but I dont understand what your saying." I feel someone grab my hand and turn me around. I stare into Michael's eyes and smile. "Hellobeautiful" "Hello handsome" "Hows my baby boy?" "He's perfectly fine. He's feed, changed, and happy being asleep." Michael leans down and kisses me before walking over to Clyde's crib and smiles down at him in it. I can see it's killing Michael not to hold him. "You can carry him, just dont wake him up." "Yes ma'am!" He rolls his eyes "I know. I dont want to carry him, I'm just admiring him sleeping. He looks so adorable when he sleeps." I wrap my arms around him. "He looks like you when you sleep." "Not even close" Michael whispers turning to face me. I smile up at him "Hows work?" "Fine. Arleen... how would you like to go out on a date?" I look up at him with a 'what the hell' look. Is he kidding me? Clyde is only 3 months old! He needs his mama. and so does Precious. I cant leave my babies. "What about the kids?" I ask when he doesnt say anything else. "We have Anthony, Ariana, Vinncent and Alyssa. They'll be perfectly safe and loved by their aunts and uncles. Come on Neenee. It's been a while since we've been out. Just the two of us." "Clyde cant eat without me. and he-" "He has bottles in the fridge full of breast milk, he'll be fine. Come on Neenee" Michael gives the puppy dog face. Man! He knows I cant say no to that face. "Please mama... do it for daddy." I laugh at him and sigh. "Fine you win!" I say defeated. "Yay!" "When?" "Tomorrow night, Be ready at 8." I nod my head and frown at him. "What?" "Im gonna miss my babies" I admit looking down at Clyde. "I know, but we'll be gone for only 2 hours. I promise than you can have Clyde and Precious to yourself for as long as you want. Just make sure to share with me." He smiles. "Soo it's a date?" Michael asks. "It's a date" I reach up and kiss his lips softly.
