Who Had the BEST look in Naruto? (Konoha 12 Ranked!)

I'm so sick of power-scaling conversations in general, but most of all in some of my favorite series like Naruto.
That's why I want to be the change I want to see by starting a different conversation entirely: Who has the best look?
I've always felt that the characters of Naruto knew how to dress, and so today, I'll be looking each of the members of the Konoha Twelve and ranking them from worst to best dressed.

Though this is subjective, I'm also very right. Yes, I can have it both ways.
And I can even say that your own opinion may be different, yet no less equally right (within reason).
So, tell me in the comments which characters had the best and worst looks, and which characters you'd like to see me rank in future videos.
