इस दूसरे भाग में महर्षि जी "मिथ्यात्व" के सिद्धांत को समझाते हैं। वे बताते हैं कि यदि आत्मा एक है, तो यह जगत अनेक क्यों दिखाई देता है? जिस प्रकार लकड़ी में "डंडा" केवल एक नाम और रूप है, लेकिन वास्तविकता केवल लकड़ी है; उसी प्रकार इस संसार में वास्तविकता केवल "आत्मा" है।
यहाँ रज्जु-सर्प (रस्सी और सांप) के दृष्टांत का गहरा विश्लेषण किया गया है। महर्षि जी बताते हैं कि जाग्रत, स्वप्न और सुषुप्ति—तीनों अवस्थाओं का साक्षी आत्मा है, और यह संसार तीनों कालों में (भूत, भविष्य, वर्तमान) वास्तव में अस्तित्व ही नहीं रखता। यह केवल एक भ्रम (माया) है।
In this second part, Maharshi Ji explains the principle of "Falsity" (Mithyatva). He questions that if the Atma is one, why does the world appear as many? Just as "stick" is merely a name and form in wood, but the reality is only wood; similarly, in this world, the only reality is the "Atma".
Here, the analogy of the Rope and the Snake is analyzed deeply. Maharshi Ji explains that the Atma is the witness of all three states—Waking, Dreaming, and Deep Sleep—and this world does not actually exist in the three periods of time (past, future, present). It is merely an illusion (Maya).
