SENTINEL FIGHTING ARMOR SAM WILSON CAPTAIN AMERICA UNBOXING / FIGURE REVIEW

Sentinel's "Fighting Armor" toy series imagines what would happen if Tony Stark transformed the abilities of the Avengers into armor! This version of Captain America (Sam Wilson version) is courtesy designer Mitsunari Daiten, who is also a toy enthusiast.

Sam Wilson was introduced as the Falcon in Marvel Comics and formed a partnership with Steve Rogers, leading to his eventual tenure as Captain America. Sam Wilson officially became Captain America in Captain America Vol. 7 #25 after Rogers named him his replacement due to aging and his powers being neutralized. As Captain America, Sam Wilson has no super-soldier serum or traditional superpowers but is an elite-level athlete and master hand-to-hand combatant trained by Steve Rogers. He can hurl the shield with pinpoint accuracy, although his skill isn’t on the same, experienced level of Steve Rogers. Marvel Comics announced that Sam Wilson would become the new Captain America, succeeding Steve Rogers in the role on July 16, 2014.
