The wife of the Arizona man accused of fatally shooting a trespasser on his property took the stand on Wednesday. George Kelly’s wife, Wanda Kelly, testified about what she heard and witnessed the day in January 2023 when the deadly shooting happened. Her husband is accused of shooting Gabriel Cuen Buitimea, a Mexican citizen who crossed the border illegally and trespassed on Kelly’s property.
