Well Covid-19 has us all stuck at home so it seemed like a good time to do some work on the old golf cart. I got the brakes off Amazon my carts a 1994 but I could only find 1995 and newer. I figured I'd give it a shot and they fit great. Super easy to install tool me about 10 min a side.
Big thing to remember to do after the install is to keep pumping your brakes and checking to see that your wheels are locking up before trying to drive the cart again. Mine took all lot of pushes on the brake pedal before the wheels would lock up properly. On these Golf carts the only brakes are the rear brakes so you want to be sure their working before you start driving.
