As part of a campaign to improve the experience of diagnosis and to raise awareness of young onset dementia, we asked people affected by the condition to share their experiences.
We asked our audience to answer three questions which were drafted in consultation with people affected by young onset dementia. The second question asked whether receiving a young onset dementia diagnosis had brought them any comfort. We have created an animation sharing the stories of five of the people who responded.
