Senators propose Congress take over tariff authority in bipartisan bill

Sens. Chuck Grassley (R-IA) and Maria Cantwell (D-WA) introduced a bill requiring congressional approval for tariffs to continue for over 60 days of their implementation and for the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of announcing them. Sen. Cantwell joins José Díaz-Balart to explain more.
