Craving something crispy, flaky, and utterly irresistible? Try this easy Nool Paratha—also known as Thread Paratha—a beautiful, layered flatbread that’s incredibly soft inside and crispy outside. Perfect with a hot cup of Karak Chai, this paratha peels into delicate threads thanks to a simple swirl-and-smash technique. No complicated steps—just wholesome, delicious flavor in every bite!

📝 Ingredients:
 • 1 egg
 • 1 tbsp sugar
 • 1/2 tsp pink salt
 • 2 tbsp oil
 • 1/4cup milk (room temperature)
 • 2 cups all-purpose flour
 • Water as required
 • More oil & ghee (for layering and frying)

👩🍳 Method:
 1. In a bowl, mix egg, sugar, salt, oil, milk, and water. Add flour and knead into a semi-soft dough.
 2. Let the dough rest for 20 minutes, then divide into 4 balls. Rest again for 10 minutes.
 3. Oil a plate, place the dough balls on it, cover, and rest another 10 minutes.
 4. Take one dough ball, roll it out thinly. Brush oil, sprinkle some flour, and cut into thin strips using a pizza cutter.
 5. Swirl the strips into a round dough ball and rest for 10 minutes.
 6. Roll out again and cook on a hot plate until light golden.
 7. Add 1 tbsp ghee and fry until crispy.
 8. Let cool slightly and smash it to separate the flaky layers.
 9. Serve warm with Karak Chai!
