How FAST can we beat ALL the DEVELOPER Spell Challenge HIGHSCORES in Harry Potter 2 (PC)?

I have to admit that there was A LOT more to this Memerun than I thought at first glance considering that the premise sounds pretty straightforward, just play through the game as fast as possible but collect all Challenge Stars during the Spell Challenges. But it turns out that you don't actually need ALL Stars in each Challenge to beat the Goal time of the Challenge which made the run harder but also a lot more interesting and fun.
And on top of that there was actually more to the route than just playing every level in a row since doing that would give you incredibly long Bean Bonus Room times. So instead of doing that we routed in all kinds of tricks and strats to get out of levels faster and without gathering housepoints for a shorter Bean Bonus Room which made the route quite chaotic but also very interesting to do!
The Rules:
We have to beat the game as fast as possible BUT also beat the "Goal Time" in each of the Spell Challenges which usually requires you to go through them fast while collecting all Stars inside the level. The Goal Times are all very arbitrary and set by the devs making this game back in the days, you can look them up in the main menu under the big star icon.
