Warm-Up: 5 minutes
4 x Circuits:
45s Incr. Resistance Sprint/45s Tempo
30s Incr. Resistance Sprint/30s Tempo
4 x Dirty 30's (Decreasing Rest, All Climbs)
60s Tempo
20s Sprint into 20s Climb/20s Rest
30s Climb into 30s Sprint
*Circuit Rest: 1 minute
Cool-Down: 3 minutes
