An unmarked Austro-Bohemian mechanism, s/n 2303, music no. 603, probably manufactured by Alois Maly ca. 1860, playing three tunes on 93 teeth. The original tune sheet correctly but only partially identifies the tunes, which are: (1) Václav Josef Rosenkranz, “V Čechách tam já jsem zrozená [I Was Born in Bohemia]” (1836); (2) Friedrich von Flotow, “Die letzte Rose,” Martha , Act II, no. 8 (1847); (3) D.-F.-E. Auber, Schlummerlied aus Stumme von Portici [Air du sommeil “Du pauvre seul ami fidèle," La Muette de Portici , Act IV, scene 2] (1828). The unusual first tune is a setting of a patriotic poem by F. J. Vacek-Kamenický by the Czech organist and teacher V. J. Rosenkranz.
