I know I'm not alone when I say that I cannot sleep in total silence anymore. I need some white noise to fall asleep and stay asleep. I Filmed this video on a breezy Spring day on the southern point of Brooklyn, overlooking the Verrazano Bridge where the water from the Upper Bay connects to the Lower Bay. Just below Manhattan. Across the water is New Jersey. I loved the way the grass was bouncing and blowing in the wind, and think the sounds are truly meditative and are excellent to sleep to. Play the video when it's time for bed, and you'll have 30 minutes of peaceful sounds. Or set the video to repeat, and you'll have white noise all night long.
