Here is the full passage for writing the precis:
It is sometimes right, even necessary, to be angry. He is a mean, selfish person, who is not angry when he sees a wrong done to an innocent person. But we cannot find even a good word for a bad temper. That is always selfish and wrong. A bad-tempered man is very nice if you let him have his own way. But if you cross him in the smallest things, he flies into a rage. And then he will act as a mad man, and do and say all kinds of unjust and unkind things even to his best friends.
