Starting in Broadford, we cross the iconic Skye Bridge, visit the legendary Eilean Donan Castle, climb the spectacular Ratagan Pass, and return via the historic Glenelg–Skye Ferry — the last turntable ferry in Scotland.

📍 Route Highlights:

Broadford – Coastal village start point with views over the Inner Sound.

Skye Bridge – Cycle across this engineering landmark with epic sea and mountain views.

Eilean Donan Castle – Scotland’s most photographed castle at the meeting of three lochs.

Ratagan Pass (Bealach Ratagan) – 335 m climb with sweeping views of Loch Duich and the Five Sisters of Kintail.

Glenelg – Charming Highland village with Iron Age brochs and wildlife.

Glenelg–Skye Ferry – A unique return to Skye on a traditional turntable ferry.
