Village lifestyle | We Made Traditional Sweets in the Village | Cooking in the Village of Iran

Today we decided to cook a very delicious sweet named Halva.
For this delicious dessert, we need flour, cardamom powder, cocoa powder, sugar powder, and solid oil. To cook this sweet, we first fry the flour to remove its raw smell. Then we add powdered sugar, cardamom powder and oil to it until it becomes sticky. Then add cocoa powder to half of the ingredients and place them in layers.
We put the Halva in the refrigerator until it cools down completely, then we cut it into rhombus-shaped pieces and serve it in the desired dish.
