Christmas Tree Farm - Brindleton Bay Series | The Sims 4 Speedbuild

I did a little rearranging in Brindleton Bay so I could have more room for this build. And while these lots definitely don’t have to go where I placed them, I ended up moving the Hecking family across the street and used their “It’s a Good House” 40x40 lot for something festive. A Christmas Tree Farm!

This lot is saved as a small business residential, and the setup includes:
A barn with a public bathroom and a cozy kitchen for the small café/bakery.
A table to sell candy and shelves from the Businesses & Hobbies pack, stocked with Winterfest décor for sale.
A tiny loft apartment above the barn. Basically, a studio for whoever runs the place!

The exterior is mostly decorative, but it’s all about the vibes. Imagine your Sims visiting the farm, picking out a tree, grabbing a few ornaments, and sipping warm apple cider by the lights.

This build was created back in August, before the new Adventure Awaits EP, so I’m really excited to see what future updates bring to make custom lots like this even more realistic!
