Natasha Chan, 10 year krav maga practitioner and board member at Asian Are Strong led a self-defense q&a and demonstration workshop during our "Break the Silence: Justice for Asian Women" event on March 16th. The event was in remembrance of the victims of the Atlanta Spa Shootings last year and an opportunity for AAPI women of the community to come together and speak up and heal.
