In this episode, I sit down with Abbie Fish, the founder and head coach of Swim Like A. Fish—a globally recognized platform helping athletes learn and train in the water. With more than 25 years of competitive swimming experience and 15+ years of elite coaching, Abbie has become one of the leading voices in stroke mechanics, video analysis, and swimmer education.
A six-time U.S. Olympic Trials qualifier and proud University of Georgia Double Dawg, Abbie brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the swimming community. Their coaching journey has led them to work with swimmers from all over the world—including over 140 Olympians and Paralympians from countries like the U.S., Brazil, Singapore, Mexico, Wales, and Australia.
