When the ultrasonic file of Endo Sonic Blue 2 starts vibrating at the apical 1/3, according to the Bernoulli principle, negative pressure is generated at the apex. Negative pressure induces the expulsion of inflammatory exudates from the periapical tissue to the outside of the root canal. Applying CleaniCal after sufficient discharge ensures safe and rapid results.
