Ingredients
For the Salmon
4 salmon fillets
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and black pepper
Optional: SoulFire Cajun Heat, SoulFire Garlic Herb Butter
For the Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce
2 tablespoons butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley
Optional: SoulFire Heatwave, SoulFire Garlic Herb Butter
Instructions
Season the salmon. Pat dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, and SoulFire Cajun Heat if desired.
Sear the salmon. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium‑high. Sear 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
Build the sauce. Melt butter in the same pan. Add garlic and cook until fragrant. Add heavy cream, chicken broth, lemon juice, Dijon, salt, pepper, and optional SoulFire seasonings. Simmer until slightly thickened.
Bring it together. Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the sauce over the fillets.
Serve hot. Ideal over mashed potatoes, rice, pasta, or vegetables.
