Container terminals BTT from Tilburg and OCT from Oosterhout want to take the next step in making the first and last segment of the supply chain more sustainable; the so-called empty mileage. By deploying new tools on the existing software, they are looking for the most optimal combination possibilities for picking up and dropping off containers after loading and/or unloading.
TNO focuses its activities within this cluster on data-driven autonomous algorithms for single and multi-fleet truck planning.
