This video I made is about Jared Kushner's conflict of interest through his investment firm, "Affinity Partners," and other investments as well including the bailout of his bad investment in 666 Fifth Ave through his dad's company Kushner Companies. To me, the conflict of interest is really astounding through his dealings with Qatar, Abu Dhabi, Saudi Arabia, and others.
I forgot to mention in the video that after Jared Kushner got the second infusion of $1.8 billion in cash from Qatar, Abu Dhabi, and others, that the management fees he could charge increased a lot. The first $2 billion from Saudi Arabia gets charged 1.25% annually for a total of $25 million. The other $2.8 billion gets charged a 2% annual management fee for a total of $56 million. The grand total Kushner can now charge annually is now $81 million.
