Features
Display
The EX5 doesn't come with a console but it has a tablet holder that you can connect to your tablet. The tablet holder can flip 180 degrees for off-bike workouts like yoga and pilates. Using Bluetooth you can connect your tablet with the bike to access live classes and daily on-demand videos for any fitness level through the Echelon Fit app. The built-in USB charging port will ensure your tablet doesn’t run out of power.
Resistance
The 32 resistance levels have a resistance knob you can use to adjust your resistance to make your workout more intense.
Pedals
If you don’t have cycling-specific shoes, you can use the adjustable toe-caged side on the EX5, but if you have clip-in cycling shoes, the clip-in side of the pedals is the best for your shoes. This will help you use any type of shoes to cycle this bike which gives it versatility.
