The WILDLABS Variety Hour is your monthly connection to the exciting projects, research, and ideas that are happening in conservation tech right now.

This month, we have three speed talks from Seema Lokhandwala, Mercedes Quintana, Alexander Merdian-Tarko, and a long talk from Shauna Mahajan.

Seema Lokhandwala kicks us off by introducing how acoustic technology is being used to monitor elephant presence and communication in Assam. Then, Mercedes Quintana discusses her work developing an user-friendly tool for automatically landmarking x-ray anole images. Next, Alexander Merdian-Tarko discusses ways to get involved in open source conservation. Finally, Shauna Mahajan introduces the ElinorData.org platform, designed to promote transparency and collaboration on environmental governance and management.
