Protein Bread: 24 Grams Per Serving!!

Normally bread is not on the good list for those of us who like to eat low carb. If you eat a low-carb, high-protein diet, then this recipe is for you!
This bread makes a delicious sandwich bread. You can also toast it and add cream cheese to it like a bagel. The macros for the bread are 129 calories, 5 carbohydrates, 24 g of protein, and 2 g of fat per serving.
My husband and I have been eating this bread for about a month and what we really like about it the most is that it doesn't make us feel bloated after eating a sandwich. We also do not get that hungry feeling that comes on so quickly after eating store-bought bread.
Recipe:
1 c premium, vital wheat gluten.

1/2 ounce of all purpose, flour (this equals to 1 tablespoon +1 teaspoon)
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/8 teaspoon of salt
1 c hot water plus a little extra
Sift dry ingredients together in a bowl. Stir dry ingredients well. Add one cup of hot water to the dry ingredients and stir to combine. Continue to add a little bit of water to the bowl until all the flour pulls away from the container and forms a dough ball. Stretch the dough ball and turn it into itself three or four times then cut it into four equal pieces.
On a baking sheet lined with a silicone liner, stretch each dough ball into shape and lay them out on your baking sheet to rest while your oven is preheating. Preheat oven at 350. ( I have tried this on a parchment paper and the dough sticks to it, so I prefer the silicone liner)
Add your toppings of choice before putting into the oven on the center rack. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
