इंदौर से सेंधवा प्रवास के दौरान कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष जीतू पटवारी का काफिला धार जिले के धामनोद बायपास स्थित पलास चौराहा पर उस समय रुक गया, जब एक आदिवासी परिवार की महिलाओं ने रोते हुए अपनी पीड़ा सुनाई। महिलाओं ने धरमपुरी विधानसभा के भाजपा विधायक कालू सिंह ठाकुर पर बीते दो वर्षों से पुस्तैनी ज़मीन पर कब्जे और प्रताड़ना के आरोप लगाए। पीड़ित परिवार की बात सुनने के बाद जीतू पटवारी ने मौके से वीडियो बनाकर धार कलेक्टर को भेजा और निष्पक्ष जांच व न्याय की मांग की। उन्होंने चेतावनी दी कि यदि आदिवासी परिवार को न्याय नहीं मिला तो कांग्रेस आंदोलन करेगी। फिलहाल मामला आरोप–प्रत्यारोप का है और भूमि विवाद से जुड़ी कानूनी प्रक्रिया जारी बताई जा रही है।

After hearing the family’s grievances, Patwari recorded a video and sent it to the Dhar Collector, demanding an impartial inquiry and justice. He warned of agitation if justice is denied. The matter remains under investigation, with legal proceedings related to the land dispute ongoing.
