The Fokker Eindecker was one of the most influential aircraft of all time. A monoplane fighter of World War 1, it was the first such aircraft fielded by the Germans, and for a short time won air superiority over the Western Front in a period known as the Fokker Scourge. Its legacy and those of its pilots persists to this day.
