Her research explores the impact of Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) for children with intellectual disabilities, as well as addiction and gambling. She’s also passionate about group therapy, with her research examining how therapy groups can create meaningful change.
Anastasia also founded the Australian Institute for Human Wellness, a mental health clinic focused on innovative care that brings lasting, positive change to individuals and communities. She oversees both individual and group therapy programs, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) sessions.
