2012 Ford F250 Rear Caliper Replacement

The rear caliper had locked up or frozen up against the pads while I was driving and it caught on fire, a small fire, just before I got back to the house. This is the replacement video of that caliper. Even though the brake pads are relatively new, I will keep them around just in case I were to need them.

Torque Specs:
Rear Caliper Bolts - 27 ft-lbs
Rear Caliper Bracket Bolts - 128 ft-lbs
Rear Caliper Banjo Bolt - 37 ft-lbs
Rear Caliper Bleeder Screw - 15 ft-lbs

12:00 Preparing the brake hose removal
17:19 Remove the brake hose from old caliper
18:50 Clean the brake hose end for installation on the new caliper
21:40 Install brake hose to the new caliper
27:15 Open the bleeder screw to let out some brake fluid
29:55 Close the bleeder screw when you see the brake fluid flowing out
34:28 Prep the hub for the new rotor
37:15 Start prepping the new rotor
40:43 A little set back
45:01 Finish prepping the rotor
49:24 Remove new caliper off of new bracket
