Spoilers for Season 2 and end of Season 4.
I love Miley Cyrus (Not in a lesbian way) and I think this new song of hers is the best. I used it because I though the Doctor and Rose had the kind of relationship that the song suggests (more the loving than the hating bits) and I havent Ten/Rose in like a million years so
I guess its turned out alright but my opinion doesnt matter. So please tell me what you think.
Main pairing: Ten/Rose
Hinted pairing: Ten/Martha and Ten/Donna
It's all meant to be from Rose's P.O.V although, in some places it looks like the Doctor's.
