2025-09-19 - Straight pool - Michael v Dmitry - Race 100 {39 ball run} #14.1

Tough going today against Dmitry. Felt I was hitting the ball pretty well overall and making some good shots, but my positional play was quite poor and I was getting locked up a lot without a shot.
Also missed a few key break shots and breakouts, selling out easy balls and costing a lot. A lot of room for improvement, but I'll take the learnings and the ass whooping and move on I guess.

Incidentally - Dmitry playing here with my old Sports 2 Predator butt & 314/3 shaft and with pretty decent success rate (cant complain after a 39 ball run)! His own custom cue is out for repair and should be back again in a few weeks.

Hats off to Dmitry for an awesome 39 ball runout to close the match. Not much I could do with that other than sit and appreciate. 💪
