How I Make Beef Stew in a Tagine

I make a delicious Beef Stew in a Tagine on a single induction hob cooker. This is ideal for people cooking one pot meals in confined spaces like a bedsit or student accommodation. This can also be cooked in a casserole dish with lid on a normal cooker.
To make this lovely Beef Stew, you will need the following:-
440 grams Beef Braising Steak
2 Garlic Cloves crushed
3 Celery sticks sliced
2 Carrots sliced
2 Onions sliced
450ml Beef Stock
1 tbsp Roux or Flour
2 tbsps Ghee or Vegetable Oil
3 sprigs of Thyme
3 sprigs of Parsley
3 Bay Leaves
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Dried Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Potatoes and Butter for mash
