This video shows how I repair Delta Faucet with Seat and spring RP4993.
1) Turn off water.
2) Use Hex key to remove handle.
3) Remove Stem - RP25513
4) Remove Seat and Spring RP4993
5) Inspect Stem - Normally it should function; however, if broken then replace it.
6) Inspect Seat and Spring and this is the rubber parts need to be replace most of the time.
7) Put grease on rubber to make it last longer.
8) Put back is exactly the order you remove.
