Size doesn't matter, but for this job it seems to make all the difference. In this video I take a look at the best way to extend the Ford Transit MT75 gearstick. This is a basic DIY modification and it doesn't require any welding! By extending the gearstick it should make for more comfortable gear changes as the gearstick knob is positioned closer to the driver. Does it really make that much difference?
