Hey Friends! Still working with a surgically repaired knee and restrictions( root tear in my meniscus) for the next several weeks. This workout is completely KNEE FRIENDLY and NO IMPACT. We have 12 STRENGTH & CARDIO circuits to bust through. We will go through each circuit following an A-B-A format. Exercise A is a 30 second, lighter weight, quicker round. Exercise B is a slower, heavier, 45 second round. Creating an intense 45 minutes of strength and sweat! I use a chair for 2 exercises and a light-weight band for 1 exercise, however neither are necessary to do the workout. A TRUE, YOU DO YOU!! So grab your dumbbells and let's go!
