Aimed at promoting seamless movement of goods and enhancing the competitiveness of the industry, the policy holds a lot of hope in terms of reforming the logistics sector in India. It’s expected to bring down the logistics cost, which currently is quite high in India compared to other developed countries, and also make India a global logistics hub with enhanced economic activity.
