Like most of the videos on this playlist, this is geared for people who may not be deep into electronics, but are clever enough to want to fix their own stuff instead of throwing it away and destroying the universe. I indicate in this video that the two resistors (R71 and R8) or the diodes are the usual culprits. That is just my experience. I should have mentioned in the video to definitely check the two power chips for burnout. Those are the two chips that are screwed to the pair of metal heatsinks that go across the board..
