📋 Ingredients:
Black White Sesame Seeds (Kale Safed Til): 1kg ]
Jaggery (Gud): 1 kg
Ghee: 5 spoon
Fox nut (Makhana) : 250 gm
peanut (Moongfali) : 1/2 kg
Edible gum (Gond) : 15 gram
Besan : 150 gm
(Optional) or Dry Fruits: Cashew
Tips for Soft Ladoos:
Do not overcook the jaggery; turn off the heat once it bubbles.
Shape the ladoos while the mixture is still warm.
