This video documents one of the former crossings in Salou when it had failed and the barriers did not raise. The pedestrian lights activated and de-activated but the road lights continued flashing and the barriers remained down for several hours. Engineers from ADIF (Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias) had to attend and were working on the crossing into the evening.
