Wassolon Soli by Bangourake excerpt from DVD Vol2

Another excellent production by Mohamed Bangoura alias Bangourake! Volume 2 goes a step further with more advanced rhythms and new arrangements shown as they are currently being played in Guinea. Bangourake is and excellent teacher and clearly relays information on this video. In addition to the rhythms taught, proper technique for both djembe and dunun are covered as well as an excellent explaination on how to improve your solo ability.


A nice bonus to this dvd is a wonderful excerpt of a performance on the island of Roume by Bangouraké and friends. Hands down one of the best instructional DVDs available!
