CNN Chief Medical Correspondent Sanjay Gupta, a University of Michigan alumnus, was main speaker at the April 28, 2012, University of Michigan spring commencement. Gupta is also an assistant professor of neurosurgery at Emory University School of Medicine and associate chief of neurosurgery at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta.
