My knee was still giving me some problems on this run, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. However I was also battling the wind the entire time as well. With those two combinations, I concluded that this wasn't going to be my fastest time. Sometimes you just gotta roll with the punches and that can be especially said when it comes to running. I'm never going to win against Mother Nature, so I just went with the flow and do what I could. I still had fun and that's all that matters.
