After 3 years, I have decided to revisit the Cyclone in Toluca. To no one's surprise at all (even mine), it's still reverse wired, but what is surprising is the fact that it only did the first full alert and not the second 1 minute alert afterwards. I guess either Toluca changed their testing policies or they simply forgot to do the second test after the county dispatch. I'm not even gonna bother letting anyone know about the reverse wiring as when I tried 3 years ago, they didn't give a rat's ass.
Siren Information:
Siren: ACA Cyclone-120-C (reverse wired)
Signal: Alert
Usage: Tornado siren
Motor: 40HP 3 phase
Chopper: 8/12 port
Location: Main Street and East Topeka Avenue in Toluca, IL.
County: Marshall
Tested: First Tuesday of every month at 10:00am (alert).
Testing time today: 10:00am
Other notes: Toluca has this and 4 Thunderbolt 1000BTs. The damper from this Cyclone has been removed.
