Recent lower cost rapid charging. If you keep a look-out for deals, they are out there.
I know I charged to above 80% - but occasional long journeys are when this is appropriate. I normally don't charge beyond 80%, but this time only wanted to make one stop for lunch / quick charge the next day - and I wasn't paying 80p / kWh, so it wasn't so bad that it was expensive as well as slower.
